As someone who practically played Twisted Metal 2 all day every day for the better half of my childhood, I feel I can't impartially judge this game but I'll do my best.
Twisted Metal 4 (and the ones that followed it) definitely set the franchise back a few steps. Their just wasn't anything new about it. Despite the newer looks, it's still pretty much the same game as Twisted Metal 2. Not a bad game, but definitely disappointing if you were expecting something amazing. 3/5
